A Vintage Birthday Party....

Yesterday was my grandaughter Esme's 3rd birthday party. We spent the day in the big city...but when we came home Nanny took the girls up stairs to jump on the bed, while Mummy and Aunty Poppy and Grampy did a very quick tea party.....
They served the crisps in a vintage toy drum.....
Mummy had made a quick birthday cake the night before.....
They used lots of Nanny's china....

Here is the cake..took her a one night to bake and decorate....
here is a close up detail.....
They used my dressing table tray to display biscuits!
And we had pink glittery lemonade served from a tea pot into a beautiful vintage china cup...was a lovely vintage tea party for a very special little girl x
