Some more little finds and a very simple project for poorly hands!!

Oh mys days!!! Look at this beautiful little saucer......I have looked at it constantly the last few days and wished so much that the cup was with it.

Its soooooooo sweet....imagine a whole set of it!!! Unfortunately it has no makers mark!!!
I also found this trio..I think its quite old...
Transfer with hand over painting and gilding...I think its Edwardian...it looked very similar to a set I saw on the BBC Highstreet programme....the first of the mass produced sets!
This cute little Royal Albert milk jug x
A less than pretty cup but I thought my daughter Madison could use it to make a bird feeder for the garden....
Thank you all for the good wishes on the recovery of my hand after my second Carpal Tunnel Release operation two weeks ago. As I now have to start gradually using it again , I started off on a nice easy craft project! As all I have do with my "bad" hand is hold a sheet of paper while I cut!! Not exactly taxing.....
Christmas Bunting!!!
Just a few old musical scores....some photocopied clip art, cardboard and some scissors and glue.... I am going to do some mistletoe and robin ones and then thread them up with red ribbon....easy peasy!!!!
And my last find ....some 1950's christmas bellls for my retro tree ........
Hope you all enjoyed my finds and my first craft project!x x talk soon friends.

  4. What a super blog, I am glad you came to visit me or I would not have found you. You seem to have a real passion for vintage china, I know the feeling. I have some beautiful Royal Albert plates in all the ice cream colours with a tiny rose in the centre of each. I cannot seem to find anything else to go with them, not that it stops me using them as I do liked mismatched pottery. It's just that I would love some more! Very greedy I know.
