more treasures

Over the last week I have picked up a few treasures. These little vintage mice are my favourites, I know that they are battered and chipped but it makes me love them even more.
This lovely pink rag rug is now next to my bed and my toes love it in the morning!

How very posh is this toast rack with little dishes for preserves and butter!
And last but not least some wonderful vintage earrings. I have a huge collection of modern costume jewellery but am now concentrating on vintage pieces
And of course all finds should be celebrated with a cup of tea, a slice of cake and some spring daffodils xx

    Brilliant little finds you made, its so nice when you manage to find treasures, and of course the cup of tea and cake is a necessity of life! How's Sidmouth is it raining and wet like we have up here in North Devon at the moment!!! never stops raining.

    sidmouth is very grey!! but everyday by the sea is a beautiful one...the mists and fog hugging the cliffs are amazing...some real special effects...and when the sea is rough its breath taking but roll on the summer so i can swim!
    yes the toast rack is lovely, saving it for when i have visitors and i am going to make brunch!

    Lovely finds,especially those mice! I saw some bunnies like that in the AS at the weekend, and I wish I'd bought them now! :0)
